Goodwin Steel Castings
Ltd supply castings in Nickel Alloys such as cast alloy
625 and 617 and are developing castings in alloy 740 for
the advanced USC applications at 700 to 760°C. They
have extensive experience in 9Cr Steels for ultra super
critical applications in the power generation industry.
As part of their contribution to improving the
efficiency of coal fired steam turbines Goodwin have
manufactured castings for the Thermie AD700 and COMTES
research projects and are currently contributing to the
American EPRI and European 50+ projects.
