Castings

Goodwin have been a successful UK casting manufacturer since 1883. Our focus is on medium to large size high-integrity castings to recognised quality assurance levels.

Materials supplied include carbon, low alloy, stainless steel, heat resistant, duplex and super duplex stainless steels and super nickel alloys.

We excel in supplying machined castings from 200kg to 10,000kg as single pieces and up to 18,000kg as fabricated single components. Welded assemblies up to 50,000kg can be supplied.

Castings for export are supplied in either the proof or finish machined conditions with at least crack detection NDT, this ensures that the customer has the minimum amount of difficulty processing the castings when they take delivery.  

Goodwin do not produce high volume, low weight, low integrity castings which require little or no expertise, traceability or certification.
