NDT

Goodwin uses the four principle methods of non-destructive testing (NDT) for casting inspection. Radiography and ultrasonic inspection for volumetric (internal) defects and magnetic particle or liquid penetrant for surface inspection.

Operators are independently trained and examined to PCN (European) and ASNT (American) certification systems. Both PCN 3 and ASNT III certified individuals are employed by the company.
